Affiliate Director: The Affiliate Director leads organizational effectiveness by managing operational functions of finance, human resources, contracts, marketing, and strategic development and supervises staff in these areas.

Administrative Assistant: The Administrative Assistant will provide general office support for the successful operations of Habitat for Humanity La Crosse Area and ReStore.

Development Manager: The Development Manager will lead the marketing, planning, management, and implementation of its fundraising programs. The Development Manager will be responsible for strategically developing, executing, and expanding a fundraising program that includes relationship building and solicitation of high net worth donors. This position will be responsible for careful stewardship of the affiliate’s brand and telling “The Habitat story” with creativity, thought, and intention throughout the organization.

Critical Home Supervisor: The Critical Home Repair Supervisor leads housing rehabilitation projects, including teams of both skilled and unskilled individuals as part of the Critical Home Repair Program. This program provides repairs on homes with a focus on emergency, accessibility, and aging-in-place repairs.

Critical Home Specialist: The Critical Home Repair Specialist works directly with the Critical Home Repair Supervisor and volunteers to rehabilitate homes in our community through the Critical Home Repair Program. This program provides repairs on homes with a focus on emergency, accessibility, and aging-in-place repairs.
