JOB SUMMARY: The Executive Director is responsible for developing the Crow River Habitat for Humanity strategic vision and goals in conjunction with the Board; articulating the plans and budgets to achieve this vision; ensuring effective leadership of Crow River Habitat staff and volunteers to meet those goals; and hiring and development of the staff and volunteers. The Executive Director integrates the work of committees, staff and volunteers into a coherent, consistent and effective program of advocacy, construction, financing and family support, resulting in the successful home ownership for partner families. The Executive Director will provide strong, visible and energetic leadership of the day-to-day activities and long-term initiatives needed to guarantee Crow River Habitat’s success. The Executive Director will lead and commit Crow River Habitat resources with the utmost integrity so as to maximize community impact consistent with the organization’s goals and board-approved policies.
